ACTV8 ADULT STRENGTH CAMPS

These are NOT your traditional “bootcamps” that are designed to just leave you sweaty, sore, and tired. These strength camps are designed with intention and purpose to help you find out what the strongest version of you looks like.

If you love high-energy workouts, you’ll love these dynamic 60-minute classes, where our coaches incorporate mobility work, movement-based strength training, interval-based cardio and more.

We utilize Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Sleds, and more for a Total Body Workout that will have you digging deep, calling upon strength that you didn’t know you had.

  • Nutritional Coaching is also included.

  • Introductory Trial Rate

  • Each session last exactly 60-minutes

  • Shower facilities on-site
